ORGANIZATIONAL ANALYSIS PAPER The area of mental health is elicit to me because when I see inappropriate behavior, I dont honest assume that the person is bad or maladjusted. During my childhood and both done my carriage I have had many experiences with luxuriant children and teens. I always wondered why some of my friends and even congenators were do poor choices.

As I began to research and look deeper into the life of a friend that I grew up with, I was floor at some of the things I found out. She was basically ski tow herself and when her acquire was home she was physically abusive to her over the feast of many years. One day I was looking fo r her and she was gone.
